Each season offers a different lens through which to see the Southern Highlands. In Autumn enjoy wine harvest, see the changing amber and golden hues of our hiking trails, forage for mushrooms. By Spring the wild flowers are blooming, Horizontal Festival is here and wildlife is about.  These quickly leads into Summer when its wild swimming in waterfalls and sundowner cocktails at sunset.
