Kingdom of the Netherlands Spring Forage

After months of COVID 19 lock downs and remote working the Consulate and Embassy wanted to arrange a day out for both teams, to reconnect, after a difficult year. In December 2020 we arranged a wild spring forage followed by a three-course lunch and wine tasting on the beautiful Kangaroo Valley Olives Estate.

Dear Amanda, On behalf of our whole team we would like to thank you, Joanne and Brenda for an absolutely stunning day in the Kangaroo Valley yesterday. The food and service was exquisite and abundant and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Again, thank you. We will make sure to spread the word about Wild Food Adventures, definitely over our Christmas lunches that will be graced with olive oil and dukkah from Kangaroo Valley Olives, and wine from Yarrawa Estate!  Best wishes, Esther & Nicoline
